- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or “no-shows” will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness, peace, and decorum within the property.
- Damaging property items or causing disturbance to other guests may result in penalties or eviction.
- Illegal activities, use of prohibited substances, or possession of hazardous materials are strictly forbidden.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the booked rooms.
